This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of snapex.pro, the exchange Telegram bot, partner dashboard, merchant API, and related SnapEX services (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance
1.1. By using the Service (browsing the site, creating orders, the bot, partner account, or API), you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2.2. You are solely responsible for assessing whether cryptocurrencies and exchange services are lawful in your country. SnapEX does not provide legal advice.
3. Description
3.1. SnapEX is an automated digital asset exchanger. Terms of a specific exchange (rate, timing, limits) are defined by the Public Offer and the order interface.
3.2. A standard exchange does not require an account. Partners and merchants may need registration and API keys.
3.3. The Service may update asset catalogs, routes, and the interface without prior notice.
4. Conduct
4.1. You must not use the Service for:
- money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful purposes;
- evading restrictions, blocks, or sanctions;
- automated abuse (spam orders, infrastructure attacks, exploitation of pricing errors);
- impersonating SnapEX staff or misleading other users.
4.2. You must not copy, decompile, or circumvent technical restrictions except where expressly permitted by law.
5. Partner program and API
5.1. Partners and merchants must keep API keys secure and not share them with third parties.
5.2. Reward terms, limits, and API access moderation are set in the partner dashboard and may change.
5.3. SnapEX may suspend partner or merchant access for violations or suspected abuse.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. Design, code, text, logo, and other Service materials are protected. Use without rights holder consent is prohibited except for personal browsing and exchanging via the site.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. SnapEX does not warrant fitness for your purposes and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions based on site information.
7.2. Liability for exchange operations is governed by the Public Offer.
8. Suspension
8.1. SnapEX may restrict or terminate access (including IP, partner account, API) for violations, technical reasons, or legal requirements.
9. Changes
9.1. This Agreement may be updated. Continued use after publication means acceptance of changes.
