SnapEX Games Rules
Version of October 1, 2026. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these rules.
1. Who may play
You may play only if you are 18 or older. We do not ask for documents, so you are responsible for your age and for complying with the laws of your country. If gambling is prohibited for you or you are under 18, do not play.
2. Account and access code
- An account is created without an email or password. Its key is a 25-character access code that is shown only once.
- We store only a hash of the code. A lost code therefore cannot be recovered: neither we nor support can restore access to the balance without it.
- The code is needed to sign in on another device and to change the code. In an already open session you can play and withdraw funds.
- A new code is issued in exchange for the current one; the old code stops working immediately.
3. Balance
There is one balance for all games, kept in USDT; amounts on the site are shown in dollars, 1 USDT = $1. Every movement of money — bet, win, deposit, bonus, withdrawal — is recorded in the account ledger in the same operation that changes the balance, so the balance always equals the sum of the ledger entries.
4. Deposits
- A deposit is a SnapEX Pay invoice for $10 to $10,000. It can be paid with any coin listed on the payment page.
- The full deposit amount lands on your balance: the fee of the coin you pick is added to the invoice on top and shown on the payment page before you send.
- The balance is topped up once the network confirms the payment. No more than 3 invoices can be open at the same time.
5. Bonus
- For exchanges on SnapEX we give a bonus of 0.5% of the exchange amount, and for payments through SnapEX Pay 0.5% of the payment amount. A balance top-up is also a payment through Pay.
- The bonus is credited to the balance once the exchange is completed or the payment is credited.
- If the exchange or payment was made in a browser where you already play, the bonus is bound to your account automatically. Otherwise, press “Claim” on the order or payment page — the link opens the games and binds the bonus to your account.
- Once the funds for an exchange or payment have arrived, the bonus can be multiplied once with the bonus rocket: a multiplier from ×1.50 to ×100, ×M = max(1.50, ⌊135 / √(1 − u)⌋ / 100), where u is the first 32-bit number of HMAC-SHA256(server seed, “your seed:0:0”) divided by 2³². The seed hash is shown before the launch and the seed itself afterwards; you can verify it right on the page.
- There is no wagering requirement: the bonus is ordinary money on your balance and can be withdrawn right away.
6. Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is $15, counted before fees. The maximum is $10,000 per 24 hours.
- USDT on the TRON network is sent directly. We deduct only the network fee — 1 USDT; there are no other fees.
- Other coins are bought with your USDT through the SnapEX exchange — at its rate and with its fee, with no markup on top. The coin amount at the time of the request is an estimate; the final amount depends on the rate at the time of sending.
- An operator reviews every request. While a request awaits review, you can cancel it and the money returns to your balance. If we reject a request, the money is returned as well and the reason is shown in your history.
- Only one withdrawal request can be open at a time. A transfer to a wrong address or to another network cannot be reversed — check the address.
7. Provably fair
- The outcome of every round is determined in advance: before the bet you see the SHA-256 hash of the server seed, and the result also depends on your client seed and the round number (nonce).
- After the pair is rotated, the server seed is revealed, and any round played on it can be verified on the game page or with your own script. The formulas are in the “Rules” tab of each game.
- The hash of the next server seed is published in advance, before you choose a client seed for it.
8. Limits
| Game | Bet | Maximum multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Mines | $0.10 – $5,000 | ×10,000 |
| Crash | $0.10 – $5,000 | ×10,000 |
| Dice | $0.10 – $5,000 | ×4,950 |
| Plinko | $0.10 – $1,785.71 | ×1,000 |
| Roulette | $0.10 – $5,000 | ×36 |
| Classic Slots | $0.10 – $48.78 | ×205 per spin |
The bet limit follows the risk: one round pays at most $10,000 including the stake, and a bet is at most $5,000. In Dice, Plinko and Slots the limit is $10,000 ÷ the biggest multiplier your settings can land, rounded down to the cent; in Roulette the best-paying number of the layout is checked the same way. In Mines and Crash the round cashes out by itself at the last step or multiplier whose payout fits in $10,000. The current limit is shown next to the bet field; the table shows the maximum at the calmest settings. The limits in force at the time of the bet are stored with the round, so changes to the limits do not affect rounds already in progress.
9. Failures and abuse
- A round played according to the rules is final. If a round could not be completed because of a failure, we will cancel it and return the bet to your balance.
- An open Mines grid waits for you: you can return to it later from any device using your access code.
- In Crash, time is kept by the server, and the payout is based on the multiplier at the moment you pressed “Cash out”: the browser reports the flight millisecond of the press. The server accepts it if it is not ahead of the server clock and arrives within 2 minutes, so a stalled connection does not cost you the bet. If the connection drops for longer, auto cash-out still triggers on the server.
- For exploiting site errors, using bots against our systems or running multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, we may block the account and void anything obtained that way.
10. Responsible gaming
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money: over time the games pay back less than they take in, as each game’s RTP shows. Only stake what you can afford to lose, and take breaks. If you want to block your own access to the games, contact support and we will block betting on your account.
11. Support
For questions about rounds, deposits and withdrawals, contact SnapEX support. Include the round number from “My bets” or the request number from your wallet history — that helps us answer faster.
